ADIE - CréaJeunes

REINSERTAR MEDIANTE EL EMPLEO A TRAVES DEL MICROCREDITO

La ADIE es una asociación reconocida como de utilidad pública, que ayuda a personas excluidas del mercado de trabajo y del sistema bancario a crear su empresa y, por tanto, su propio empleo, gracias al microcrédito. 

Adaptar el principio del microcrédito a Francia

La ADIE se creó en 1989, adaptando a Francia el principio del microcrédito, mecanismo financiero que ha demostrado muy buenos resultados en los países del tercer mundo. 

Las misiones de la ADIE 

  • Financiar a los microemprendedores que no tienen acceso al crédito bancario, y, más específicamente, a los desempleados y beneficiarios de las prestaciones sociales mínimas, a través del microcrédito.
  • Acompañar a los microemprendedores antes, durante y después de la creación de su empresa para asegurar la perdurabilidad de su actividad.
  • Contribuir a mejorar el ambiente institucional del microcrédito y la creación de empresas.
Results

Formar, acompañar y financiar a jóvenes creadores de empresas 

La Fundación Demeter y la ADIE formaron una asociación estratégica en 2008 y 2009, cuyo objeto de acompañar y financiar a jóvenes creadores que viviesen en Zonas Urbanas Sensibles en el marco del programa “CréaJeunes” (CreaJóvenes), iniciado por la ADIE, que en ese momento estaba en su fase inicial. 

Antes y después de la financiación: varias etapas esenciales para un impacto a largo plazo

Este programa se compone de etapas sucesivas que la Fundación Demeter contribuyó a definir:

  • Módulos colectivos centrados en el crecimiento de la confianza y en el conocimiento práctico del mundo de la empresa en un período de 2 a 4 meses.
  • Acompañamiento individual en la formalización del proyecto y de las acciones de conexión con la red.
  • El acceso a una financiación en forma de microcrédito complementado con un préstamo de confianza al 0%.
  • Acompañamiento en las fases de creación propiamente dichas y de desarrollo de la actividad.
