During the exploratory phase, and until the end of its sponsorship of the organizations it supports, Demeter puts special attention on the achievement of the goals agreed with the sponsored organization at the start of the program.
These clearly defined, qualitative and quantitative goals serve as a reference – adapted and adjusted according to the real progress of the projects- and as a method to improve efficiency, both from the beneficiaries’ as well as from the financial backers’ perspective.
SOLUTION-MINDED CRITERIA.
At the beginning of any relationship for a new project, Demeter defines concrete criteria (-> see link to criteria page) regarding the impact of the actions to be supported.
These criteria enable:
- transparency of the project selection process,
- an active follow-up with the organizations receiving the support,
- an improved ability to achieve the expected results.
